Featuring trick-or-treating, an enchanting pumpkin walk and costume fashion shows, Utah Tech University’s annual Tricks & Treats Night is set to celebrate the fall season.
Scheduled to take place from 5 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 28, Tricks & Treats Night will be held on Palm Street, outside of Utah Tech’s Burns Arena. The fall festivities are open and free for community members of all ages.
“Tricks & Treats Night is about more than just costumes and candy. It’s about bringing our community together,” Sydney Healy, Utah Tech University events support specialist, said. “We love seeing Utah Tech campus come alive with Halloween spirit and creating a fun tradition that families can look forward to year after year.”
Trick-or-treaters will kick off the evening by entering through a festive pumpkin walk, featuring nearly 100 pumpkins. Throughout the night, Utah Tech University’s Alumni Association will host costume fashion shows at 5:30, 6 and 6:30 p.m. for attendees to show off their costumes. Guests are encouraged to bring a bag, basket or bucket to collect treats as they enjoy the event.
