Sharing how hard work and resilience led him to create a company, REDO Co-Founder and CEO Sterling Snow is set to be the next featured speaker in Utah Tech University’s Elkington Founder Speaker Series.
Snow will present at noon on Sept. 29 in the Zion Room, located on the fifth floor of the Holland Centennial Commons on the Utah Tech campus. Prior to Snow’s address, a networking opportunity will begin at 11:30 a.m., offering attendees time to connect with peers and professionals before the featured presentation. The event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited so early arrival is encouraged.
“The Elkington Founder Speaker Series exemplifies what we strive to give our students — direct access to the people who are building the future,” College of Science, Engineering & Technology Dean Donald Plumlee said. “When someone like Sterling Snow shares how he scaled a company from zero to billions, our students see that the skills they’re developing here can translate into real-world impact and opportunity.”
Snow’s company, REDO, is a post-purchase platform that offers merchants premium return service to their customers. Using AI, REDO helps businesses create automated return and claim portals that personalizes every experience, turning refunds into exchanges and claims that help build trust with customers.
Before REDO, Snow served as the chief revenue officer at Divvy, where he oversaw the customer pipeline and implemented a unique, integrated approach to sales that helped more than 4,000 businesses with their spending. Prior to his time at Divvy, Snow was director of marketing at Jive Communications, where he led teams focused on analyst relations and partnerships. Additionally, Sterling is a venture partner at Pelion Venture Partners and an active angel investor.

The Elkington Founder Speaker Series brings professionals and entrepreneurs to Utah Tech University each semester, providing students with insights into their desired career paths, leadership and innovations.
