Featuring music, dance, and high-energy entertainment, Utah Tech University’s Entertainment Alliance is presenting its annual Fall Spectacular.
A variety show, Fall Spectacular will feature UT performance groups including song and dance team FUSION, the Ballroom Dance Company and competitive dance team Blaze as well as an array of community and campus groups. Performances will be held Nov. 7 and 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Eccles Fine Arts Center Mainstage Theatre on the Utah Tech campus.
“The Fall Spectacular is always such a fun event — there is so much excitement as the Entertainment Alliance introduces their new student performing groups to the campus and community each year,” Del Beatty, Utah Tech’s vice president of student affairs, said. “It’s also fun to see the way other community, civic and school groups in this area participate as well. It’s something I look forward to every year.”
The students and performers have been preparing throughout the semester to share their talents with the community.
“I’ve been going to the Fall Spectacular for the last three years,” attendee Brooke Staheli said. “It’s always so creative, captivating and such a fun environment. I’m excited to come again this year.”
The Utah Tech Entertainment Alliance serves as Utah Tech’s bridge between professional and educational art endeavors. Hosting more than 100 performances each year, the alliance provides engaging student programming as well as community outreach and involvement.
